Atom Pilot Falcon Roller Skate Plates, Gold

The Atom Pilot Falcon is an aluminum quad roller skate plate in gold, sold as a pair, with Atom's 16 degree trucks and 8mm axles. It comes with a Bionic Super Stopper toe stop.

Atom Pilot Falcon features

Sizing

Falcon plate sizes are the distance between the axles, in inches. Atom's chart matches each plate size to Jackson boot sizes. For a traditional mount, Atom says to choose one size longer (1/4" longer), with the front axle about 1/4" in front of the ball of your foot, for more stability and power. For a derby mount, the front axle sits under the ball of your foot, for more agility.

What comes with it?

A pair of Falcon plates with trucks and Bionic bushings, a Bionic Super Stopper toe stop and a 5mm Allen tool. Wheels and bearings are not included.

Which plate size do I need?

Find your Jackson boot size in the chart on this page. For a traditional mount, choose one size longer. For a derby mount, choose the size that puts the front axle under the ball of your foot.

What wheels can I use?

Wheels 57mm and larger. Atom does not recommend wheels smaller than 57mm on the Falcon. The 8mm axles take standard 8mm skate bearings.

What is the difference between the Falcon and the Falcon NTS?

Both have the same CNC machined aluminum base, Atom's 16 degree trucks and 8mm axles. The Falcon comes with a Bionic Super Stopper toe stop. The Falcon NTS has no toe stop. See the Falcon NTS.
