No brake: A speed skate setup, so learn to stop before you go fast.
Made for: Fitness and distance skating on trails and open roads, for adults at every level.
What we found when we skated it
At this price we weren't expecting much, but the Alpha passed our tests. It feels like putting your feet into pillows. The big wheels are steady at that height, and we could still do a full double push. We skate it with the buckles only and no laces, which makes it quick to get in and out of.
